If you are not happy with any product, or the service you receive please contact us and explain your problem. We'll do our best to solve your problem. We're looking to form a long-term relationship with you, this way we'll be able to grow our business and be able to offer you new exciting products on a regular basis, and improve our service.

For Your Peace of Mind your payments are Secure Payments via Barclaycard.

 

All card payments made during online transactions are handled on our behalf by Barclaycard’s secure payment gateway and processed using secure 128 bit encryption, which is PCI DSS compliant. NO credit or debit card details are processed or stored at any time by us on this website or on our system. We have also been certified as being PCI DSS compliant.

 

Unfortunately we can only accept payment in GBP £p.

Our Order Process: on a product page select the item you require, complete any information we need then click the appropriate buy now button or link. This will take you to your basket (Cart). If all is OK then click to proceed to check-out. You will then be taken to Barclay's ePDQ secure payment processing site where you will complete the sale process by filling in your credit, personal, and other details. On approval the order will be processed and we will be advised of the order and will process it for delivery and send a confirmation email to you.

 

Important Notice: if you do not see a shopping cart or it does not seem to work correctly then please contact us by email so we can sort out the problem for you. Delivery

 

Fair Delivery Charges

 

We have tried to make our delivery charges as fair as possible. In order that your order arrives in the most efficient and cost effective way we use a number of delivery services. The one chosen for your order is the service that through experience we have found to be the best for the product ordered and your location.

 

You will be advised on receipt of your order the service that will deliver your goods, and approximate delivery date. In due course you will also receive tracking details so you can follow the progress of your order. All deliveries have to be signed for.

Delivery Prices

 

Prices start from (delivery cost is calculated on shopping cart when checking out):

 

(1) Standard delivery to UK Mainland = £4.99 (2) Northern Ireland = £16.99

 

(3) Remote area delivery (including: IM, HS, ZE)* = £16.99

 

(4) Channel Islands = £30.00 – Selected couriers only hence cost – please contact us before ordering as we will endeavour to find if any couriers are offering deals.

 

Standard UK Mainland delivery is between 3-5 working days from the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Standard delivery orders placed after 4pm Friday and during the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day.

 

Please note in very extreme cases where our delivery services do not cover location due to its isolation a surcharge may be charged.

 

Express Delivery to Standard UK Mainland only addresses: Next day delivery is £14.99.

 

Next day Saturday delivery  = £18.99 for next day Saturday delivery – subject to availability, and order being placed by 11 am Friday latest.

 

Express delivery will cost £14.99 and is available on a next day delivery basis during weekdays to Standard  UK Mainland addresses only - sorry but we are not able to offer this service to other destinations due to excessive courier costs. Orders placed on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on Monday, unless a Saturday delivery cost is paid. All orders must be placed by 11am weekdays to safeguard a next weekday delivery. Subject to items being in stock - please contact us before ordering to ensure your order is available for next day delivery. This service is not available on any special personalised orders unless a special arrangement is made with us for an expedited delivery.

 

Our aim is to recycle packaging wherever feasible, and to conduct our business as environmentally responsible as possible – within the constraints and size of our business. Your order may be delivered in recycled boxes or containers with recycled protective packaging. Please be assured that this does not detract from the fine nature and craftsmanship of all our products.

Returns Policy

 

We are sure that you’ll enjoy and love the design(s) you have ordered. However, we do realise that sometimes you may have to return an item. No problem. We’ve tried to make the process of returning an item as simple as possible. Just follow the steps outlined on this page.

 

Consumer Contracts Regulations re Distance Selling (UK). This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online.

 

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

 

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them and to ensure that they are returned in saleable condition.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order (including order number and product details) you wish to cancel, and your phone number and email address. You can cancel by Email.

 

Should you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of cancellation. We will refund to you (by the method and card used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of standard delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

 

We may make a deduction from any refund for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of how goods were handled by you, or if the goods are not returned in saleable condition. We will refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any items supplied.

 

Products we're unable to refund or exchange: Orders and items that the customer has refinished, and changed from the original specification/finish supplied.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to Return an Item – it’s as easy as ABC

 

You will find a returns form enclosed in your package. Please ensure this is completed correctly. In the event that a returns form is lost please either contact us for a new one or return the item with a note clearly stating the following: Your name, address, and the order number. Please place this inside the package that you are returning where it can be easily found. Unfortunately items returned without a returns form or the above details will not be refunded.

 

A. In order that your return is processed quickly please email us stating your name, address, invoice/order number, and brief reason for returning item (not compulsory, but useful to assist us to improve our customer service, and products).

 

B. Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form (or information note) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

Please obtain proof of postage; we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If using Royal Mail we recommend that you return goods via Recorded Delivery, as a Post Office counter receipt is no longer a valid proof of postage. Returned goods must be returned in perfect condition with all the original product packaging (if possible). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to you.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

Every order and item is carefully inspected before it is dispatched. However, items may unfortunately, for various reasons, not reach you in first-class condition. If an order is delivered faulty or damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. We will then organise a speedy replacement or refund for you. It is useful, but we don’t want to put you to too much bother, if you are able to photograph the damage and email us the photographs before returning an item. It is important that you do not return any damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us. Our aim is to ensure that if unfortunately an item is delivered with faults that we rectify any issues quickly and efficiently, that is why it is important that we are advised of any problems within 24 hours. Your assistance in reporting faults quickly is appreciated.

All of our designs are subject to availability, and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change or withdraw products at any time. We may also remove or change content within our online store without notice. We try to ensure that all information is current and correct, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the unlikely event that we do find an error re a product description we will rectify it as soon as possible, and will advise any customers that have ordered the product of any changes that we have made on the site. You will then have the opportunity if you wish to cancel an order and receive a refund.

Fair Delivery Charges

 

We have tried to make our delivery charges as fair as possible. In order that your order arrives in the most efficient and cost effective way we use a number of delivery services. The one chosen for your order is the service that through experience we have found to be the best for the product ordered and your location.

 

You will be advised on receipt of your order the service that will deliver your goods, and approximate delivery date. In due course you will also receive tracking details so you can follow the progress of your order. All deliveries have to be signed for.

Delivery Prices

 

Prices start from (delivery cost is calculated on shopping cart when checking out):

 

(1) Standard delivery to UK Mainland = £4.99 (2) Northern Ireland = £16.99

 

(3) Remote area delivery (including: IM, HS, ZE)* = £16.99

 

(4) Channel Islands = £30.00 – Selected couriers only hence cost – please contact us before ordering as we will endeavour to find if any couriers are offering deals.

 

Standard UK Mainland delivery is between 3-5 working days from the day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Standard delivery orders placed after 4pm Friday and during the weekend will not be dispatched until the following working day.

 

Please note in very extreme cases where our delivery services do not cover location due to its isolation a surcharge may be charged.

 

Express Delivery to Standard UK Mainland only addresses: Next day delivery is £14.99.

 

Next day Saturday delivery  = £18.99 for next day Saturday delivery – subject to availability, and order being placed by 11 am Friday latest.

 

Express delivery will cost £14.99 and is available on a next day delivery basis during weekdays to Standard  UK Mainland addresses only - sorry but we are not able to offer this service to other destinations due to excessive courier costs. Orders placed on a Friday for next day delivery will be delivered on Monday, unless a Saturday delivery cost is paid. All orders must be placed by 11am weekdays to safeguard a next weekday delivery. Subject to items being in stock - please contact us before ordering to ensure your order is available for next day delivery. This service is not available on any special personalised orders unless a special arrangement is made with us for an expedited delivery.

 

Our aim is to recycle packaging wherever feasible, and to conduct our business as environmentally responsible as possible – within the constraints and size of our business. Your order may be delivered in recycled boxes or containers with recycled protective packaging. Please be assured that this does not detract from the fine nature and craftsmanship of all our products.

Returns Policy

 

We are sure that you’ll enjoy and love the design(s) you have ordered. However, we do realise that sometimes you may have to return an item. No problem. We’ve tried to make the process of returning an item as simple as possible. Just follow the steps outlined on this page.

 

Consumer Contracts Regulations re Distance Selling (UK). This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online.

 

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

 

If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them and to ensure that they are returned in saleable condition.

 

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order (including order number and product details) you wish to cancel, and your phone number and email address. You can cancel by Email.

 

Should you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of cancellation. We will refund to you (by the method and card used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the cost of standard delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).

 

We may make a deduction from any refund for any loss in value of the goods supplied, if the loss is the result of how goods were handled by you, or if the goods are not returned in saleable condition. We will refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any items supplied.

 

Products we're unable to refund or exchange: Orders and items that the customer has refinished, and changed from the original specification/finish supplied.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

How to Return an Item – it’s as easy as ABC

 

You will find a returns form enclosed in your package. Please ensure this is completed correctly. In the event that a returns form is lost please either contact us for a new one or return the item with a note clearly stating the following: Your name, address, and the order number. Please place this inside the package that you are returning where it can be easily found. Unfortunately items returned without a returns form or the above details will not be refunded.

 

A. In order that your return is processed quickly please email us stating your name, address, invoice/order number, and brief reason for returning item (not compulsory, but useful to assist us to improve our customer service, and products).

 

B. Please pack and return your item in its original unused condition along with your completed returns form (or information note) within 14 days of receipt of your delivery.

Please obtain proof of postage; we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. If using Royal Mail we recommend that you return goods via Recorded Delivery, as a Post Office counter receipt is no longer a valid proof of postage. Returned goods must be returned in perfect condition with all the original product packaging (if possible). Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery to you.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

Every order and item is carefully inspected before it is dispatched. However, items may unfortunately, for various reasons, not reach you in first-class condition. If an order is delivered faulty or damaged please contact us within 24hrs of receipt of delivery. We will then organise a speedy replacement or refund for you. It is useful, but we don’t want to put you to too much bother, if you are able to photograph the damage and email us the photographs before returning an item. It is important that you do not return any damaged or faulty goods without contacting us first. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred if you return damaged items without contacting us. Our aim is to ensure that if unfortunately an item is delivered with faults that we rectify any issues quickly and efficiently, that is why it is important that we are advised of any problems within 24 hours. Your assistance in reporting faults quickly is appreciated.

All of our designs are subject to availability, and may be subject to change. We reserve the right to change or withdraw products at any time. We may also remove or change content within our online store without notice. We try to ensure that all information is current and correct, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the absence of errors. In the unlikely event that we do find an error re a product description we will rectify it as soon as possible, and will advise any customers that have ordered the product of any changes that we have made on the site. You will then have the opportunity if you wish to cancel an order and receive a refund.
